About Us
Jason is a second year law student at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He is a native to Florida and much of his family lives there. Jason has completed a Master of Business Administration degree, lived abroad in Spain and France, and traveled extensively.
Beth is a nurse on a mother baby floor in Atlanta. She is a native Oregonian. Accomplishments also include much travel, mothering their 6 pets, and living in Australia.
How We Met
Senior year of high school Jason and Beth flew from their far apart corners of the United States to Washington D.C. to attend Close Up, a program to experience the government over a week of intensive learning. They exchanged instant message addresses on the last night and became technology pen pals over the next 2 years. After Jason's first year at the University of Central Florida and Beth's at the University of Portland in Oregon they met for their first reunion since meeting and decided to start dating. They dated for 3 years in college across 3000 miles and 3 continents. After 6 years together they are excited about the future to come.
